The Muslim population in Kerala is 24.7%.
But 38.3 percent of Muslim prisoners in prison.

11.7% of Muslims in Delhi
Prisoner 29.1 percent.

10.6% of Muslims in Maharashtra
Prisoner 40.6 percent

Wherever the religion is living at the rate of the prisoners, it is reasonable to rate the prisoners. Neither 2-1% will be moving upward. But the above information shows how bad the Muslims are. If I say to Bangladesh, how many per cent are there in Hindu jails?
